​Indoor​

• Open windows to allow natural light.

• Make sure windows are clean.

• Make sure all light bulbs work.

• Remove magnets and paper from refrigerator.

• Clear everything from sinks.

• Remove all you can from countertops throughout the property (food, bread, dishes, toothpaste, combs, soap, toiletries, towels and hand towels, etc.)

• Make all beds and clean bedrooms. Hang clothes nicely in closets.

• Put all children’s toys away.

• Remove pet bowls, toys, and litter boxes from rooms that will be photographed.

• Put away newspapers and magazines.

• Put all trash into outside trash bins.

• IMPORTANT: Please mop or wipe all surfaces.

Outdoor

• Please move vehicles away from driveways and front of the house.

• If on a busy street, please park vehicles in front of property to ensure others don't.

• Roll-up or hide garden hoses and hide all garden tools.

• Conceal all trash containers.

• Ensure lawn and garden are trimmed and clean.

• Make sure all outdoor lights work.

• Make sure the pool and pool area are sparkling clean. If you have temporary child fencing, take it down for the photo shoot. Turn on the pumps for waterfalls/spillways.
